Welcome to Daisy Stamps CC! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully — they’re designed to protect both you (our customer) and us (the supplier).
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or by placing an order with Daisy Stamps CC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We design and supply custom rubber stamps, renew packs, custom laser-engraved and printed name badges, vinyl stickers, and embossers.
3. Ordering, Availability & Proofs
- All products are custom-made to order.
- You will receive a digital design proof before production.
- Once you approve the proof and make payment, Daisy Stamps CC is not responsible for any spelling mistakes, design errors, or incorrect details that were approved.
- Because our products are personalised, orders cannot be returned or refunded simply because you change your mind.
- Because our products are already discounted, we do not allow "stacking" of discounts and discount vouchers/gift cards.
- Availability: In the unlikely event that a product or material is unavailable, Daisy Stamps CC reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- Order confirmation: Once we receive your payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp before your order moves into production.
4. Payment & Pricing
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
- Accepted payment methods: Payfast, Peach Payments, PayJustNow, and EFT.
- Orders go into production only once full payment has cleared.
- Prices are subject to change, but once you’ve paid, your price is fixed.
5. Delivery & Risk
- We deliver via The Courier Guy within South Africa only.
- Orders confirmed and paid by 11h45 (Mon–Thu) are couriered the next working day. Friday orders ship on Monday.
- Courier fees range between R110–R150 (Economy/Overnight options).
- We package all orders securely, but once the order leaves our premises, the risk passes to you. We are not responsible for courier delays or damage in transit.
6. Cancellations & Returns
6.1 Cancellations
- Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled because production begins immediately.
6.2 Returns Policy
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act, but because our products are custom-made, most items are non-returnable.
Not returnable:
- Ink pads
- Name badges
- Engraved products
- Vinyl stickers
- Any product where the proof was approved
Not covered:
- Unwanted items, change of mind, or typing/design errors after proof approval.
6.3 Warranty on Rubber Stamps
- Breaks within 5 days: Courier, repair or replacement at no cost.
- Breaks within 2 years: Free repair (excluding misuse/ink issues). Courier cost for client. If irreparable, we’ll give you 50% off a replacement stamp.
- Breaks after 2 years: We will attempt a repair at your cost. If not repairable, no replacement is offered.
6.4 Cooling-Off Rights
- In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), consumers usually have the right to cancel an online purchase within seven (7) days of receiving the goods.
- However, this right does not apply to goods that are personalised, customised, or made to the consumer’s specifications.
- Since all Daisy Stamps CC products are made to order, the statutory cooling-off period does not apply.
7. Data Protection & Privacy (POPIA Compliance)
We respect your privacy and comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
- We collect your personal information when you place an order (through Zoho CRM, Ecwid, or WhatsApp).
- Information collected: name, contact details, delivery address, and order history.
- We only share this information with trusted partners such as couriers and payment providers to fulfil your order.
- We keep your information securely for as long as you are a customer, to make repeat orders quicker and easier.
Your rights under POPIA:
- You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- You may ask us to correct or update inaccurate details.
- You may request that we delete your information from our records (unless we are legally required to keep it for tax or audit purposes).

8. Intellectual Property & Marketing Use
- All stamp designs, catalogues, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of Daisy Stamps CC.
- Any logos, artwork, or designs provided by customers remain the property of the customer. We use these designs strictly for producing the ordered product.
- By paying an invoice, customers grant Daisy Stamps CC permission to photograph and display images of the completed product(s) for marketing and promotional purposes (for example, on our website or social media).
- Customers may opt out of this usage at any time by notifying us in writing or by phone, and we will respect the request.
- Privacy note (POPIA): When we share product images, no personal data such as addresses, phone numbers, or contact details will ever be shown. However, because our products are often personalised, the information visible on the stamp itself (for example, initials, surnames, or signatures) may appear in marketing images. By approving the proof and paying for the order, you acknowledge and consent to this limited use, unless you have specifically opted out.
9. Cookies & Tracking
- Our website uses cookies to make your shopping experience smoother. For example, cookies remember what’s in your cart, keep you logged in, and help us understand how our site is used.
- Some cookies are essential for the site to work (checkout, login). Others help us improve our services (for example, analytics).
- You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the website’s functionality (for example, the shopping cart may not work correctly).
- We never use cookies to collect sensitive personal information without your consent.
10. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its proper operation.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- We do our best to ensure accuracy of product descriptions and proofs, but final responsibility rests with the customer to approve their proof.
- We are not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage once goods leave our premises.
- To the maximum extent allowed by South African law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
12. Electronic Communications (ECTA Compliance)
- By ordering through our website, email, or WhatsApp, you agree to receive electronic communications related to your order.
- Contracts, invoices, and proofs sent electronically have the same legal standing as paper copies under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Gauteng courts.
