Hi! My name is Joni and for years I watched as company after company forgot what "customer service" meant. I saw "client retention" departments who did their best to avoid speaking to clients, bouncing queries and complaints from one staff member to another, all the while never resolving the client's problem.
I have watched as the "service" industry forgot that before "service" comes "client".
Here at Daisy Stamps, the client always comes first. Our main aim is to ensure you not only get the product you need, but the service you deserve.
To me, client service means speaking to you as if you are a human being, not a wallet. It means listening to your needs and supplying you with a product that meets those needs. We do not charge for customization, nor for revisions and we do what it takes to get your product designed, made and couriered as soon and as excellently as possible.
You will never feel like a burden here, you will never get a sub-par product here. I started Daisy Stamps with the aim to serve my community. I have found deep meaning and purpose in serving you, the client and many people have told me they can feel it in how they are treated.
I started this company on my own, but I am pleased to say that my partner-in-everything recently joined me! We are both passionate about giving back to our community, about being kind and showing love to our fellow man. This is true not just of life but of business too!
