Because all Daisy Stamps CC products are custom-made, most items are non-returnable.
Not returnable:
- Ink pads
- Name badges
- Engraved products
- Vinyl stickers
- Any product where the proof was approved
Not covered:
- Change of mind or spelling/design errors once proof is approved.
Rubber Stamp Warranty
- Breaks within 5 days: Free courier, repair, or replacement.
- Breaks within 2 years: Free repair (excluding misuse/ink issues). Courier at client’s cost. If irreparable, 50% discount on replacement.
- Breaks after 2 years: Repair possible at client’s cost. No replacement if irreparable.
Cooling-Off Rights
- Normally, under ECTA Section 44, consumers have 7 days to cancel online purchases.
- This does not apply to personalised/customised goods.
- Since all our products are made to order, the statutory cooling-off period does not apply.
