Being able to tell analog time might seem like an unnecessary skill, but it's believed that an analog clock more clearly shows the passage of time, since the clock is always moving, always ticking.
Analog clocks also have the benefit of showing time in increments of five, which isn't clear on digital clocks and cellphone time. Having your kids be more comfortable and better acquainted with analog clock-reading may also assist you in teaching general time and math concepts (think fractions!).
It's also better to have an analog clock in the class, since it's proven to be less distracting and harder to read (like 5min before break, if you know what I mean!).
Stamp it in their book, give them a time to represent and have them draw the long and short hand in as needed.
Available in Small, Medium and Large.
NOTE: These stamps are NOT self-inking and require a separate ink pad.
