RETURNS POLICY
Daisy Stamps CC allows for returns on the following products:
- Custom rubber stamps
- Standard rubber stamps
Daisy Stamps CC does not allow returns on the following products:
- Ink pads
- Name badges
- Any engraved products
- Vinyl stickers
- Returns on broken or faulty rubber stamps
- Should your rubber stamp break within five (5) days of delivery:
- Daisy Stamps CC will have the stamp couriered to our offices. Upon receipt the stamp will be inspected and we will attempt to repair it. Failing repairs, DS will replace your rubber stamp fully, at no cost to you.
- Should it be repairable, DS will repair the stamp and send it back at no cost to you.
- Should your rubber stamp break within two (2) years from purchase:
- The stamp can be couriered back to DS, where it will be assessed. Should we be able to repair it, repairs will be done at no cost to you, except if the incorrect ink was used, then you will need to buy a new ink pad. (courier at own cost).
- If repair is not possible, DS will give you 50% off the price of a new stamp, excluding cost of shipping (to and from DS offices).
- Should your rubber stamp break more than two (2) years from purchase:
- The stamp can be couriered back to DS, where it will be assessed. Should we be able to repair it, repairs will be done at no cost to you, except if the incorrect ink was used, then you will need to buy a new ink pad. (courier at own cost).
- If repair is not possible, DS cannot do anything and a new stamp must be purchased.

Returns on incorrect or misspelt rubber stamps
Daisy Stamps CC does not allow returns on typesetting errors. Once an order is placed, a Design Proof will be sent to you for scrutiny and approval. Once you have approved the proof, Daisy Stamps cannot be held liable for spelling errors or design issues.
In the case of typos and errors, a new rubber may be purchased directly from Daisy Stamps CC on:

Returns on unwanted items:
Daisy Stamps CC does not allow for returns on items that are no longer wanted.
